juat e begin of this week, received 2 sad news...
uncle robert passed away on mon night, remember e last when i saw him was in church, not very close to him but was very touched by him. saw him in church camp on his wheel chair. looking weak and tire, he still turn up for camp and sessions. really can feel the love he has for the Lord. went to his wake today, and heard lots of interesting stuff from uncle richard. he is planning on a trip to chiangmai to do missoion work, he thot of an orphanage there, and while listening, someone said i went so i told him i went to Rainbow Convenant Home, and guess wad, he knew Joseph and Rowena, aint sure if he is going there but he seems interested and joking said he will count me in.. i hope to go back too!hopefully he is going back end yr..
next when i reached home, heard from my bro that my cousin's grandma passed away. another sad news...
sometimes hearing this kinda news cant help but be very upset, looking at my cousins, reminded me of when my grandpa passed away 6th apr 1999, i can still remember the date and all... it taught me to treasure ppl around me.. one thing i thank God for is the relationship i have with my relatives. it is not easy to maintain it for everyone has their own lives to lead. we grab hold of the chances we had together, updating one another and having a great laugh. think the same thing should apply to frens.. recently have been meeting up with my JC classmates.. brings back alot of memories...
ok, sounded so sadist in e post.. hee... just some thots...
had a great laugh at zhiwei and yuan wei abt their DJs prog.. haha... it was really funny... mom and bro had a laugh too.. mom praised zhiwei's courage to sing regardless of ppl's comments.. haha... :) anyway sch starting soon, cya all soon in sch... esp in Tay's library.. haha...
going to nat camp soon.. not very looking forward honestly... well, like wad i told others, shall put e best forward.. thanks for all the encouragements... today when met up with pork, realised coy F put in so much more efforts then her's la, coy E.. haha... ok, a plus point to spur me... :)

so long hasnt been blogging...
my birthday was well spent.. haha... had a great time at the beach in the morning with the Lord!
followed on a dinner with elaine, hui wen and jocelyn at Jumbo Seafood Restaurant! haha... had what i have been craving for, CRABS! spent $92.. wow!of cos not to mention, the wonderful SURPRISE i had from the Drill Com! haha.. so unexpected!!!! thanks sok, yaw ling, MengRu, Joey and AI AI! :) went out supper with them on the eve of bade!
AND! i received a present from AUSTRALIA! haha from ELISA ARUMUGAM! is really a nice surprise! thanks so much butcher.. reaally touched.. and ya la.. missed ya so much!!!!
followed on Saturday met up with 02S21 classmates!! haven seen them for some time... really nice to meet the usual funny JCmates. we went crystal jade for dinner... great recommendations, the noodles is nice... next stop was eski bar.. i really love e concept of making the place frizzy cold, and providing jackets, nice idea there... will get photos from zhiwei to post here soon.. :)
this month i tried to tie my sales for the month by MYSELF!!! wow, and seriously is by MYSELF! i really dunno what the new perm is doing.. she has been here for abt a month, she had also tried closing sales etc last month, being a new perm, shouldnt u be trying to learn to be more familiar and do it by yourself??? i m leaving at the end of july.. really dunno how is she gonna survive... well... i m of cos happy i m able to close the sales since i dun have much exp..
just unhappy that certain things my new perm has not gotten on hand but yet she didnt take e initiative to do it... she had exp from a previous company but to me she dun even know what the priorties that she got to do.. what the....................................... hai... is really not abt myself la.. but i just got very pissed looking at how she do things... URGH!
over e weekend, went with my aunty and family to view cars showroom... wonder will mine be coming... hahaha..... *eyeing*

had a bdae celebrati0ns at my hse last night.. :) well.. turning 21st soon...
THANKS to those who were there! and the gifts too.. though some couldn't make it.. is okie.. :)
had alot of gifts, well... i really meant ALOT! my gifts for 21st bdae is so much that parent had a shock the total amt i received from my red pkts! well.. THANKS to my relatives for their generous gift! it covered my everything for this bdae and a little for myself.. :) i was expecting someone to give me a bottle of wine, and i was right! thanks ah elaine.. i knew it la but nv expect from u.. :)
exams result out on the 6/06/06.. haha... wad a day.. anyway managed to clear all though not up to expectations.. really thanks those who asked me, showed ya concern! i really appreciated that.. next sem gonna work hard le.. hai... (anyone study tog k.. *elaine & liting too!!! ) :)
just now went to the optician to get my eyes checked! apparently when i drive with contacts on, the signs/ car plates seems blur to me.. and it gets really frustrating when u r trying to make out the sign boards, so decided to get this treated soon.. well.. spent some time there, 1st optician said my case is weird, cos my degree didnt increase or decrease, but yet with lenses is just CMI, he approached a senior optician who did a test again and well.. the conclusion is MY LEFT EYE!!! for those who know, i only wear lens on my right, but well optician says i m sensitive to the change, i feel that too, a 25degree short can make me very frustrated.. so now i got to wear lenses on both eyes! hopefully this time round is better. and 25degree lenses is like not common la, only like one brand in the shop that has and i got to order since they dun usually order 25deg. opticians said my case is weird! haha.. ya i also think so... let see dad still wanna send me for lasik.. haha... was checking this webby and saw the process how it is been done... it gives me second thots.. haha...

lost voice today so nv go for work! hopefully can regain it soon!!!! :)
over the weekend was exciting, went to malaysia, Desaru on saturday to visit the ostrich farm and the fireflies park.. indeed it was really a great trip to see all this, however, my usual kakis were not with me, jac, liting n hui wen!!!! missed u guys really...
Ostrich Farm
our first destination was Jusco, then we had lunched at apollo restaurant and next we embarked on the trip to the ostrich farm! it was really an eye opener trip as i nv came so close to an ostrich be4! i was staring at their big big eye balls!! so big! they were really adorable(will post pics after this) saw their eggs too, it is very hard and big! a kinda big uncle stepped on it and it didnt break! well, if there is a crack already on the egg he stepped, he could have just stepped an unborn ostrich to death cos the egg will give way.
next we had a chance to ride on the ostrich, well.... i was really afraid it cant hold my weight so decided not to go, haha... realised alot of the girls did not go too! haha... well... only a handful of them sat on it and had their well deserved cert n pict with it. i merely took a photo with the ostrich, and pls! it stinks!!!!!! haha... and ju had to take my expression for tat...
we also witness an ostrich egg that hasnt hatched, an ostrich that is upon coming into the world, they will use their beak to break open the hard egg, but this is still not a day old yet! it will only start counting its age on earth when it completely break free from the shell. Amazing! it look quit disgusting exposing half of it shell though...
next we proceed to the ornament centre, where they uses parts of ostrich to produce ornaments, food, etc! haha... food is too gross, as i have just saw an ostrich, next u ask me to taste its meat! goodness, i cant take tat of cos... well not only me, all gave it a miss... saw some ostrich feathers being added to pencils, bookmarks as ornament, wanted to buy for my kakis but it is so not not not practical! in the end i decided not to, photos will be sufficient. we also get to see an ostrich egg being broken be4 it formed up, it is soooo big!!! heard from the ppl that the egg is as big as 24 chicken eggs! WOW!!!
next we depart from the ostrich farm, while walking out, mandy(crazy gal) was running towards the bus, heard someone saying it resemble the "bao ba, hai zi" so took a photo of it.. haha... quite lame la... but it was really funny...
Fireflies park
next destination, we got to put on the life jackets and then boarded the long long long boat, and sailed away from the city into somewhere it was really really dark! the whole journey lasted abt 40 mins, we saw lots and lots of trees will fireflies on it! so beautiful, no photos for this part as it is very difficult to capture unless u have a really good camera.. we managed to see a few flying and one came to join us on the boat! it landed on shuwen's pants and minyi's hand! minyi was asking eileen to kiss her hand cos fireflies landed on it! ahha... so i told her dont wash her hands! :) all the fireflies on the trees makes it look like a Christmas trees! really very beautiful!!!! AWWWWW!!!!
alright after the ride, we head back to custom.. overall the trip is quite fun i can say, we sang songs on bus while travelling and had a lot of jokes and funny experiences... one of it was the girls were Q-ing for toilets and a guy just went in singing " i wanna wash my hands...." dots... it made so many laughed rolling on floor i guess... haha....
on sunday, decided to go for the church camp and is quite excited though i am only going for 2 days! haha... cant take leave as the other acounts assistant is leaving on 2nd june... so will have a lot to learn and to do... hai... boss ask if i want to apply full time, not that i dont but i really think i cant cope with my studies... i know it will look good on my resume but really my studies!!!! URGH!!! and results coming out soon!!!!! *scared*

went to yanting's 21st bdae party and taken this with suzanne.. haha.. she ah.. played with siying using my camera, so i am going to put up her ugly pictures! :) she dared me to!!!really glad to see this secondary sch frens again.. siying told me once she met weiqiang and liangxi for lunch, they been yearning for a class gathering, so they came out with a bright idea that is to find out a significant person's bdae and all shall attend and get free meal, at the same time a gathering! so bright! so they thot of me! thanks ah! didnt know i m so significant!!! :)

phew! exam over exactly a week!cant quite say confidently that i will do well, but i just hope to pass through this semester, i really dun wanna go through the same thing again...
after MAB that day, went k-box with good boy(gonnie), yuxin, racheal, liyan and zhimin... was fun.. had a great laugh! but on my way to BS, had a sickening encounter... sometimes i m not trying to be racist, be4 entering the train, i saw an indian guy... well.. he was sqeezing behind me, and i can feel him trying to be funny! so sick! my second experience on train and by the indian guy, is so sick la! shan tok more since is OVER!
last sunday being Mothers' day, had a family(maternal) gathering... mom cooked a spread of dishes, on top of that aunties bought some to add too.. i bought a total of 8 carnations for the aunties and grandmothers and mom.... a time to show our appreciation.... :) well, the thing that made my day wasnt abt having all the cute cousins coming to my hse, i received an sms from SARAH, my "daughter".... she was really very very sweet.. saw e sms right after church service, and was very touched by the simple sms.. haha... indeed seen her grow alot and really glad what she is today! i still remembered last year she bought me a carnations when i saw her in school!!! haha... :)
these few days been thinking abt financial planning... i have enough to spend, not that i dun, have stop taking allowance since i started working... so got to really plan well and save for rainy days... planning to go for church camp if work allow me to apply leave, it will be $265... this year camp is 5days 4 nights... should be quite interesting... cousin who supposed to room with me might not be going... well...will still be rooming with alicia if going... hee... :)
alright, have to get started to plan for my 21st bdae this year, might be entitled a 3days 2 nights chalet, venue not confirm as is booked by my aunt through her company... but tentatively date are either 9th june or 10th june-fri or sat... so will split friends and relatives into two days, those woking will definitely be on sat i guess upon their request, haha... well.. will split and see...
next is what i want for bdae!!! haha.. everyone is waiting for my list la..kept asking me what i wann... :) okieokie... let see what i thot of... there aint much i really want as what i want is far too expensive!!! haha... kidding.....
1) ipod nano - 1/2GB white
2) a watch from nike! (spotted on mag) - think it cost $200++, might be a present from dad...
3) a bag pack! (haven spotted one yet but soon, if u wanna get me & saw 1 that suit me, let me know, i wont reject de lah! :) )
4) a new camping/sports bag
5) a new shoulder bag
6) a new wallet
7) a magnet board - wanna this magnet board for me to put up reminders etc in my room! :)
8) Christian CDs/books or vouchers also can...
9) vouchers -can be adidas, nike, world of sports, top shop, dorothy perkins, taka etc la...
haha... if above all not within ya budget is okie....
10) bring me out to eat! must be great k, homecook also can, but must be hao chi! :)

back again!
watched "the art of seduction" on tue, it was really a funny show! really glad we caught it in time! went to cathay cineplex, wow! that was my reaction when i enter. it is currently still under renovation with no shops at all except the cinemas on the 5th and 6th level. just this alone, it was so cool and great man.. after getting e tix, me and aud headed for e cinema, cos we were late! no cos either me or her was late, but cos we both shopped till we forgot the timing. well, the shopping spree was only a while! like 2 hrs???? yeah...
reaching the 6th level- where cinemas are...goodness....so many threates! haha... well... will make it currently my first choice place to watch movie!!! :) simply awesome... the seats were so comfortable too! haha... right... should really thank aud's mom for e tix, e show only screen at cathay since a korean show, and aud's mom has vouchers, so sorta watched it for free! :)
upon leaving, waiting at the bus stop for 14... suddenly.........................
this ah pek who was sitting down, stood up! he pull up his shirt, i was thinking, "ah pek, why u showing ur tummy! aiyo, so big!!!!" then the belt started to came loose, "ah pek, u taking off ur pants??????" then the pants got lossen!(i was behind him). oh dear.... next moment, i saw his BUTT!! well, waring a white with blue stripe underwear, cant help it, so obvious! he was happily tucking in his shirt in public, at least i saw e back view, a lady who walked up happen to see e front view! haha, she immediately changed face and turn away! :) goodness..... and thanks to aud, after standing for sometime decided to take mrt! if said earlier, we wont get to watch this free show loh...
after that met ms lee(sze sze) for dinner... had a great time chatting with her... not long after sh arrived, as we talked, she asked me abt baptism... hmmmmm... told her when the bulletin came out regarding baptism class for the coming easter, i want to go... but dad disapproved... everytime when church open baptism classes, i have been asking myself whether i want to take this step of faith... been thinking for a few yrs le... but dad dun allow so cont to pray!!! :)
over the weekend, on sat, went to St Andrew's community hospital... it was a nice experience to me... since i have been through a lot of com serv since sec 1... i partner with sherwin and eileen... well... felt like i had brought 2 body guards with me!!! and i was e only one doing the talking and they laughing! i spoke in chinese, eng, hokkien.. haa... cantonese cant flow very easily la, i only beginning to learn! :) had a great time for my group i can say... they love the singing and the interaction..
after SACH had e usual announcement... poor piglet ah.... :) dun worry, anything can call me up... cant talk long but at least u get off ya chest! :) after 9th may! haha... my last paper, can havoc! 20th may going to firefly park, haha... mom has been planning but cant get enough ppl to go.. ask if she wanna follow us, she rejected me...
ma gan invited my mom to easter concert at expo by CHC... saw e advs, looks quite interesting... however, mom was quite reluctant to go esp when hse is still very messy since under renovation... but, one great thing is she was more willing to go compared to the previous times i invited her!!!!
last sunday, i rededicated my life to God! AMEN! i cannot feel the pain Jesus went through for us, but i know it is the ultimate.. Pastor on good friday did an exercise with us.. everyone above 12 who enter the church will be given a nail.. in his exercise he told us to look at it and reflect... smell it... observe it.... place it on ur palm(actual position on Jesus hand is wrist), just to feel e pain the pointed nail give... it is pain we experiencing la... though not poke through and see blood... but imagine it going through our Lord's wrist! it is ultimate! yup... this really makes me ponder and ponder..... and yup.... :)
alright back to books... exams is coming... am really getting e gitters.... :)
watched "the art of seduction" on tue, it was really a funny show! really glad we caught it in time! went to cathay cineplex, wow! that was my reaction when i enter. it is currently still under renovation with no shops at all except the cinemas on the 5th and 6th level. just this alone, it was so cool and great man.. after getting e tix, me and aud headed for e cinema, cos we were late! no cos either me or her was late, but cos we both shopped till we forgot the timing. well, the shopping spree was only a while! like 2 hrs???? yeah...
reaching the 6th level- where cinemas are...goodness....so many threates! haha... well... will make it currently my first choice place to watch movie!!! :) simply awesome... the seats were so comfortable too! haha... right... should really thank aud's mom for e tix, e show only screen at cathay since a korean show, and aud's mom has vouchers, so sorta watched it for free! :)
upon leaving, waiting at the bus stop for 14... suddenly.........................
this ah pek who was sitting down, stood up! he pull up his shirt, i was thinking, "ah pek, why u showing ur tummy! aiyo, so big!!!!" then the belt started to came loose, "ah pek, u taking off ur pants??????" then the pants got lossen!(i was behind him). oh dear.... next moment, i saw his BUTT!! well, waring a white with blue stripe underwear, cant help it, so obvious! he was happily tucking in his shirt in public, at least i saw e back view, a lady who walked up happen to see e front view! haha, she immediately changed face and turn away! :) goodness..... and thanks to aud, after standing for sometime decided to take mrt! if said earlier, we wont get to watch this free show loh...
after that met ms lee(sze sze) for dinner... had a great time chatting with her... not long after sh arrived, as we talked, she asked me abt baptism... hmmmmm... told her when the bulletin came out regarding baptism class for the coming easter, i want to go... but dad disapproved... everytime when church open baptism classes, i have been asking myself whether i want to take this step of faith... been thinking for a few yrs le... but dad dun allow so cont to pray!!! :)
over the weekend, on sat, went to St Andrew's community hospital... it was a nice experience to me... since i have been through a lot of com serv since sec 1... i partner with sherwin and eileen... well... felt like i had brought 2 body guards with me!!! and i was e only one doing the talking and they laughing! i spoke in chinese, eng, hokkien.. haa... cantonese cant flow very easily la, i only beginning to learn! :) had a great time for my group i can say... they love the singing and the interaction..
after SACH had e usual announcement... poor piglet ah.... :) dun worry, anything can call me up... cant talk long but at least u get off ya chest! :) after 9th may! haha... my last paper, can havoc! 20th may going to firefly park, haha... mom has been planning but cant get enough ppl to go.. ask if she wanna follow us, she rejected me...
ma gan invited my mom to easter concert at expo by CHC... saw e advs, looks quite interesting... however, mom was quite reluctant to go esp when hse is still very messy since under renovation... but, one great thing is she was more willing to go compared to the previous times i invited her!!!!
last sunday, i rededicated my life to God! AMEN! i cannot feel the pain Jesus went through for us, but i know it is the ultimate.. i realised how hard it is when u try to tell ur friend when they are wrong... not trying to judge here.... shan talk much... is sad to be misunderstood.... getting over soon i hope.....
over the weekend was great i would say... went back to GB, see all the familiar faces once again... haha, not back for 3 mths! wow!! really thanks Ms Lum for the prayers, my heart calmed down and not so jittery and stresed up over exams.. well thank God for that! :)
dates for retreat and fireflies trip are out.. oh dear clashed with so many things!!! well.. very touch that jac, liting and huiwen willingly to give up retreat if my bdae celebration falls on that day!!! aw... so touched!!! haha.. (thanks piglet! muacks! thanks mousey! muacks! thanks owner! muacks!)
on sunday supposed to bring yuxin and bryan to my church.. well.................. someone overslept.. muahhaa, only bryan came! well, guess he felt awkward initially! haha, but at least he get to see baptism and found his fren!! (eh a long lost friend??? not really long i guess since is from army days!) so qiao! :) inviting them again for easter sunday! :) *yuxin pls set more alarm this time round!!!!
counting down to exams!!!! 3 more weeks!!!!!! or rather 2.... since this week is ending!!! goodness...studied till 4 am last night and got to go to work today.... still manageble so far! :)
had a chat over msn with sokling just now... really thanks for the advice u had.. indeed u spoke wad i felt... :) haha... hey allways talk to u ah, will have many thots and will feel somehow seeing a clearer pics and things are not difficult afterall! thanks for the many advice! really glad for a fren like sok!!! :) thanks for ya concern too! haha.. dun need me to say u also know, well, just keep me in ya prayers k.. :) will be grateful!
